About
Graduated from the Université Paris-Saclay where she obtained a Master's degree in Air, Spatial and Telecommunications Law Jacqueline INIMGBA specializes in digital and technology law, with expertise including information and digital technology law, telecommunications law and policies, cybersecurity, personal data protection, and space law.
Within the African Association of Air and Space Law (AADAS), it provides administrative and institutional coordination of the Association. It plays a key role in organizing and monitoring the work of governance bodies, holding statutory meetings and minutes, and managing official correspondence and archives.
Jacqueline INIMGBA, an interface between the various AADAS bodies, ensures the effective implementation of the Executive Bureau's decisions and contributes to the coherence and effectiveness of the Association's action, in a context marked by the cross-cutting issues of digital, telecommunications and space in Africa.
With Naa Adoley Azu (Anglophone) she formed a tandem Public Relations covering the whole continent: Jacqueline for French-speaking Africa, Naa for English-speaking Africa and international communication.
