ADDAS, touch the sky by Law.

The activities take place in two main committees:

Air Commission

This committee is interested in the legal aspects of air transport, air transport infrastructure in Africa, their evolution and practices, the use of infrastructure, their technological developments and related regulations (insurance, financing, contracts, litigation, liability, security rights, etc.).

The Space Commission

This commission is concerned with the legal aspects of space activities (space launches, telecommunications, remote sensing, television broadcasting, military activities, navigation, meteorology ...) and all objects (launchers, satellites ...) of African States. It also focuses on practical subjects capable of answering concrete questions from space law professionals (insurance, finance, contracts, litigation, liability, security rights, etc.). Finally, it looks at the legal aspects of the status and use of drones, their technological and regulatory developments.

The bimonthly section which consists of providing legal clarification on a current event.

Africa's Aerospace Break

Monthly section that consists of making a feedback, a bridge between law and practice, through an interview (written or video) of a lawyer or non-lawyer, practitioner or non-practitioner. This is the moment of visibility of air and space law practices in Africa.

The AADAS capsule

This heading focuses mainly on projects under way or carried out in Africa on air and space activity. It's a podcast.

Africa Time

Monthly section consisting of an in-depth legal analysis of a particular legal issue. It may also relate to the dissemination of scientific studies on air and space law in Africa.

The topic of identifying publications and decisions in the field of air and space law in Africa.

Legal clinic

Educational device for the practice of air and space law to the least experienced members while being accompanied by those experienced.

Our development programs

African Leadership in Air and Space (AWLAS)

Programme specifically dedicated to people of African origin who have excelled in the air and space transport environment regardless of their place of exercise. It is based on leadership sessions organized around the round tables, which give the keys to their professional and personal success.

Coaching-AADAS

Coaching is the tailor-made accompaniment of members and non-members of AADAS, offered by AADAS or other specialists.

P2P (pair to pair)

Training facility for AADAS members in which members informally share their professional expertise with other members of the association.

Mentoring Sponsorship

It is a development and learning programme through the sharing of air and space experience and knowledge by an experienced member of the less experienced association. Thanks to this voluntary, free and confidential program, the senior/experienced members of the association support young student lawyers and entrepreneurs in their professional activities (support in the search for internships and/or employment) and/or legal (free legal assistance).
